Event Rentals

Attractive event space is available for a wide range of private and public events, including: fundraisers, training sessions, conferences, receptions, classes, ceremonies, meetings and presentations.

We offer:

    • Areas for computer training
    • Fitness Center
    • Campus space suitable for tenting up to 200 people outdoors
  • Affordable rates – We offer a 50% discount to all tenants, and 30% to off campus nonprofits. And there’s no additional cost for customized room set-up, or the use of tables and chairs.
  • Easy set-up – We handle all on-site logistics so you can focus on planning a successful event.
  • Flexible rooms – Rooms can be rented individually or together, and are available on an hourly basis.
  • Convenience – In addition to free onsite parking, Fairhill is centrally located 10-15 minutes to downtown Cleveland and Interstate 271, multiple bus lines and in close proximity to Shaker Square, University Circle, and Cleveland and Shaker Heights.
